This treat of an Ethiopian coffee originates from the same farm as the Ethiopia Fana. It is a literal fruit bomb. Because the coffee also has a very sweet profile, the result is a cup which reminds us of the popular Dutch Fruitella sweets.

Cherry, Mango, Strawberry. Reminds us of Dutch Fruitella Sweets

This treat of an Ethiopian coffee has a very sweet and fruity character, resulting in a cup that reminds us of the popular Dutch Fruitella sweets. It has a smooth, creamy body with a mild acidity, making it a great option if you’re new to light-roasted coffee.

We’re delighted to feature another coffee from Bette Buna, a farm owned by a Dutch-Ethiopian family. Bette Buna aspires to create equal opportunities for local coffee communities by producing high-quality coffee. They achieve this by paying fair wages to their workers, which are agreed upon collectively before the season begins. Additionally, they share knowledge with local coffee plantations and make their washing station available to all plantations in the region. Coffee plants grown at these high altitudes and the accompanying lower nighttime temperatures result in slower-growing, denser, and harder beans.
