This coffee was grown on the Jardines Chambaku farm by the Restrepo Family who often use innovative, out-of-the-box processing methods for their natural coffees. This ‘Bubble gum’ coffee has undergone a 48-hour water immersion before the anaerobic fermentation and sun-drying. This results in a unique cleanliness in its texture and wonderfully fresh and vibrant fruity notes like cherry bonbon and Guava tropical fruit.
