Coffee that connects — from farmer to cup
At I&I, coffee is never just coffee. It’s a journey that starts with the farmer, continues in our roastery in The Hague, and ends in your cup.
Together, we honor the craft, the people, and the stories behind every bean.

Our coffees are packed in reusable cans that work within a local return system. This way we reduce waste, keep your coffee fresh for longer, and build a cycle of responsibility. A win-win for you and the planet.

Crafted with care
We roast in small batches in The Hague, striking a balance between hands-on craft and modern precision. Guided by our senses and experience, we direct the roast manually — while advanced technology ensures consistency and quality in every batch.
This approach allows us to bring out the unique character of every coffee origin, so you can taste the farmer’s work in every cup.

Fair and transparent
Quality begins at the farm. We partner with producers who grow coffee with respect for the land, with minimal ecological impact, and with fairness at every step. By honoring their craft and paying fair prices, we ensure that every cup carries not just flavor, but also a story of sustainability and equity.
Collaborations
We believe coffee is an extension of identity. That’s why we work with cafés, restaurants, and creative partners to develop unique coffees that reflect their vision. Through close collaboration and tasting sessions, we find the perfect fit — whether it’s a signature blend, a custom roast, or one of our seasonal single origins.
Because the right coffee doesn’t just complement an experience — it elevates it.

29 November: Deep dive – Workshop barista skills
EN: This workshop will teach you some real barista skills that you can show off either at home or in a commercial environment. Whether that’s setting the perfect espresso, sharpening up your milk-foaming and latte art skills, or learning a bit more about different types of coffee through a coffee tasting, we’ll cover it all in this 3-hour workshop. You have the option of bringing your own espresso machine and grinder with you.
Colombia Santa Monica (kopie)
Creamy & Balanced
Toffee, Raspberry, Walnut, Pomelo
An exciting new coffee for those of you who love the taste of Colombia! This microlot belongs to Jairo Arcila, who grows his caturra coffee variety on the volcanic soils of Armenia in Western Colombia. Our slightly lighter medium roast profile yields a balanced coffee with diverse flavours. Expect a sweet, toffee-like body, a mild raspberry acidity and a fresh, pomelo/grapefruit bitter lingering in the aftertaste. Primarily roasted for espresso, but it exceeded our expectations when set as filter!
