Strawberry, Raspberry, Orange juice
This limited, very special coffee was grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at the Villa Betulia farm. It is a unique variety called Sidra Bourbon, a hybrid between Bourbon and Typica, and is renowned for a characteristically sweet and bright profile. During processing, these beans were fermented in an anaerobic environment for 40 hours, further enhancing their flavour profile.
We got some delightful notes out of this coffee – lots of sweet fruit and even a hint of fresh orange juice. This is a truly special coffee and we hope you enjoy it at home just as much as we do!
