This limited, very special coffee was grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at the Villa Betulia farm. It is a unique variety called Sidra Bourbon, a hybrid between Bourbon and Typica, and is renowned for a characteristically sweet and bright profile. These beans have been fermented in an anaerobic environment for 40 hours prior to sun-drying. We got some delightful flavour notes – lots of sweet fruit and even a hint of fresh orange juice. This is a truly special coffee and we hope you enjoy setting this coffee at home just as much as we do!
