SWEET & SPICES

Blackberry, Peach, Cardamon

This sweet, fruity Ethiopian coffee is produced by farmer Kasim Kedir and imported through direct trade with Bette Buna, a farm owned by a Dutch-Ethiopian family. Rather than selling his coffee cherries last year, Kasim received training in natural processing methods and applied this knowledge to process his own lot for the first time, involving his family and local community in the processing efforts. Our light roast profile yields a sweet, fruity cup with a spice-like undertone. Expect a bit of cardamon-like flavour in this coffee, and enjoy it as either a softer, low-acidity filter or as a sweet and spicy espresso.
