This coffee comes from Raymundo Santi’s Mi Reina farm, acquired through direct trade by our partner, Balance 51. Our medium roast profile gives this coffee a heavier body and a predominantly nutty flavour profile, making it an excellent choice for espresso-setting methods. The coffee remains strong and heavy when set as filter, though it has a noticeable yet mild lime-like acidity which is characteristic of Peruvian coffees.
