A delightfully sweet and balanced coffee. It is lighter than its thermic aerobic counterpart with less ‘funk’, making it far more accessible light roast coffee. Great for both filter and espresso.

This washed coffee is produced by using the ripe cherries from the Catuai plant and placing them in a fermentation tank. After 4 days the coffee is washed, depulped and sun-dried for 15 days. The result is a lightly fermented coffee with accessible and balanced flavors and a long, sweet aftertaste.
