This wonderful, naturally processed coffee finds its origins in an award-winning Costa Rican farm, one that is known for setting high industry standards in the country. This coffee is an SL-28 variety, known for its exceptional quality and distinct flavour profile, characterized by its bold acidity, full body, and pronounced sweetness. The variety was developed in Kenya but in this case grown in Costa Rica. The processing really is next-level – the farmers make use of onzone water which ensures the removal of any harmful bacteria and pathogens. The result is a wonderfully complex but soft coffee. Expect notes of red fruit, cranberry, and a long, delightful yoghurt-like acidity.
